Bags and Wallets Sale from Mango

After Christmas, my family and I went to visit my sister who is staying at Manila Peninsula in Makati at that time for a short vacation before they go back to Sydney. The weather was nice so we just decided to walk from the hotel to Glorietta malls and it took us about 20 or so mins to get there.

It’s seldom that I go to Glorietta for its way too far from our place in the East part of the country. A lot of malls are already nearby so going to Makati, Glorietta malls in particular will mean an added effort in terms of commuting and time.

Anyway, my nieces and I entered at different stores while my mom and SIL just sat down in one place to wait for us to finish our shopping. My niece bought some of her stuff while I’m looking for a bag and wallet.

We saw the sale sign at MANGO in Glorietta 4 and immediately our feet lead us inside. Clothes, shoes, and accessories are on sale so we scour the racks for possible finds. The Esprit hand bag that I am carrying that day is in bad shape already so I thought I’d replace it with a more affordable bag.

Saw a black handbag with some studs on the front at Mango and saw it was on sale too. It was originally priced at Php 2,950.00 but it was slashed to P1,450.00 that day so I bought it. When I was on the way to the cashier, I saw some wallets that can be paired with the black bag that I wanted. Original price is P1,500.00 and on sale for P875.00 so I grabbed it too.


I have quite a lot of bags and wallets already but can’t resist buying it (have a low self-control that day ..lol).. My niece found a nice vintage shirt for herself and since I was generous that day, I paid it for her too and she’s happy about it. I guess, I have to put myself on a bag shopping freeze again this year but knowing myself, I don’t think I can do that.

A Christmas Present: Kardashian Kollection Stud Barrel Bag

There's no doubt that I love bags !

My sister from Sydney came home for their Christmas vacation last year and when I saw her 2 Kardashian Kollection Multi Handle Quilted bags in blue and buttercup (yellow) colors, I immediately asked her to give me the blue one but she declined to give it to me..lol She said the yellow one was given by her husband while she bought the blue one and she loves to carry them that;s why she can't give it to me. Poor me..

Anyway, she told me to ask her hubby to buy me instead for he is coming from Sydney before Christmas to be with them. Of course, I'm too shy to ask my BIL to buy me a bag ! However, I know that my sister will ask her hubby to get me one because she showed me some photos of bags where I can choose. I'm also lucky that it is also on sale at one of the shops in Sydney.. yey.

Christmas passed and all along I thought my BIL didn't buy me any bag but I got surprised when he handed me this beautiful Kardashian Kollection Stud Barrel Bag one evening while we are having conversations along with my sister. I was so happy!
I love how the faux leather felt and the bag was so spacious inside. It was not that heavy when I carry it because there's not much blings or metals attached on the bag that will make it heavy even without my things inside and that's a plus for me. There's also a detachable shoulder strap that I can always use just in case I want to carry it hands-free.

Love this bag and in fact, I have used it already.


The bag is quite affordable in my opinion since it looks classy and durable. I think that my BIL even got it on sale when he purchased it for me.

Bags, Bags and more Discount bags!

I personally love bags, bags and bags!! When I was younger, my mom would always ask me why I buy lots bags all the time. I always replied that I love bags so much and even got to a point that I will not show the bag that I have bought so she’ll not notice it. Back then, when I still don’t have a big budget to splurge on bags I end up buying faux leather on different sizes and shapes. They usually don’t last long because the materials are of poor quality.

These days, I’m trying to invest on quality bags as I already got tired of bags ripping fast. In the end it’s just a waste of money for I end up buying one bag to another. Now, I love leather bags especially those that are made of pebbled leather bags that are soft and good quality. I have authentic leather bags from Coach, Kate Spade, Esprit and Kenneth Cole. While I also have Cole Haan and Long Champ made of other materials. So far so good, they are good brands and have good quality materials as well.

I’m also dreaming of having bags from Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Celine, Tods, and even Prada but at this point I still don’t have enough courage and money to buy too expensive bags. But in the future, I’ll invest on those branded bags if I can already afford them especially that Moda Queen online has discounts on various bags. I was in admiration on Discount prada bags, Gucci, Tods, Fendi and more that they are selling on the site. They have bags, wallets, sunglasses, clothing and accessories both for men and women.

Today is no exception, I found myself reading about an rv insurance sites and of course online stores that made me glued to the site.

Handmade Travel and Make-Up Pouches and Bags

Etsy.com is a wonderful place to find personalized and handmade items. I often frequent the site and I have tons of products that goes into my wish list and hoping that I can buy something for my birthday this year and for Christmas as presents to my girl friends.

My Great Finds at Blue Fly

Lately, I’m in my shopping mode once again and I have to say that  I’ve been buying lots of stuff for the house and for myself this year and it’s not even Christmas yet. One of the online shopping stores that I frequent is Blue Fly. Why not? Aside from having wide assortment of products that are affordable, it is also the home for designer products like Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Cole Haan, Marc Jacobs just to name a few.

My eyes are literally feasting will all the items that I see there such as bags, shoes, accessories, clothing and more. It’s also very helpful for me to browse around the store even if I’m not going to shop for I can see the latest trends and find another item that I can put on my wish list. I know that sale will come by so it’s also great for all shopaholics like me to grab that steal.

4. Studded T-Strap Sandals for $195. The 3 1/2 “ heels will give the extra height that I need.

Actually, I still found more items that I love but I’m keeping them next time for my new list. Now, I better start saving, but knowing the shopping diva in me, I know I can’t resist buying one of them before Christmas. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Arghhh... I want a new tote bag! Actually, it's a need and not a want because my ever reliable non designer tote bag just gave up on me few weeks ago and I'm left with nothing to bring on my errands.

These Longchamp ‘Le Pliage’ Tote Bags seemed very durable and water resistant and I have to save "in" these days. I'm actually leaning towards this long handled one so I can just put them on my shoulders when I'm ready to go. I just hate holding my bag on my arms especially when I need to carry lots of stuff.

I can already feel the summer heat right this moment and all I can think about is vacation. It would be fun to go on a beach, play on the sand and let the sun kissed my skin. I just love the warmth of the sandy beaches in Boracay and I can't wait to go back there.
